Contemporary is an expressive dance style that utilises momentum and release within its movements. Students will learn the movement of their bodies and how it can be used to create new ways of dancing

Acrobatics teaches flexibility and strength alongside tumbling and gymnastics techniques that can be incorporated into any style of dance.

Dance Team

Hip Hop

Hip Hop is an incorporation of moderns street style dancing. Students can learn to show off their own flare and techniques as well as learn the basics of modern hop hop.

Mime Artists

Musical theater

Musical theatre is a theatrical performance based class that includes singing, dancing and acting skills to tell a story. Musical theatre uses a combination of different dance genres including jazz and contemporary.

This class offers an open dance style for adults. Starting with basic ballet then adding in contemporary and jazz with some conditioning, strength and stretch.

Technique

Our technique class focuses on building strong foundations in alignment, control, strength, and flexibility. Students learn precise movements, clean lines, and proper body placement through structured exercises and combinations giving them the tools to perform confidently in any dance.

Young Gymnast Stretching

Conditioning

Conditioning is a class beneficial to dancers wanting to improve stamina, strength, endurance and flexibility. These skills will help with dancing for longer periods, learn skills faster and become an all around better dancer. Taught by a qualified personal trainer / dancer.

Tap Dance

Tap dance blends movement and music turning the dancer into a percussion instrument. Tap focuses on timing, musicality, clarity of sound and expressive footwork.
